What are the printing stock options?

METAL PANELS

Metal Panels (Dibond) is our default stock option.

DIBOND has been the superior solution for more than 20 years. Not only is it the flattest panel on the market, its premium surface is ideal for digital printing. DIBOND is comprised of two pre-painted sheets of .012” aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core in a continuous extrusion process. A clear UV coat is also applied to the panel for a long-lasting vivid finish.

MOUNTING
Dibond maps can be mounted directly to your wall with metal clips, or affixed to the wall with screws and anchors for larger panel sizes. Dibond map panels can also be mounted in a traditional picture frame (we carry black metal Nielson Art Frames, or with standoff hardware which 'floats' the map off the wall for a more dramatic display.

CANVAS PRINTS

Canvas Prints are stretched by hand onto a real pine frame. Appealing hues and high-resolution printing using solvent-free HP inks resistant to UV damage.

MOUNTING
Easily hung on your wall with 3M Command Strips, wire hanger, or sawtooth bracket. Canvas prints can also be mounted in a frame.

PLASTIC PANELS

DESCRIPTION

SINTRA is a PVC board that provides a premium surface with a bright white low gloss satin finish for high quality printing results, as well as superior durability for more demanding mounting or fabricating applications – excellent dent & scratch resistance.

MOUNTING

Sintra maps can be mounted directly to your wall with “Command Strips” or other dual sided mounting product. Metal clips can also be affixed to the wall with screws and anchors for larger panel sizes. Consult product documentation for more information. Sintra map panels can also be mounted in a traditional picture frame.

CUSTOM SIZES

All of our map products can be produced at a custom size to meet your needs.
